Kaso & The A-Teem and Internet Baby

Kaso & The A-Teem:
German-Kurdish artist, Kaso, uses a blend of Flamenco-guitar and Funk to craft his own sound. The young talent has also been influenced by the dance style Krump, which manifests throughout the energy at his live performances. Kaso harnessed his creative abilities of singing, songwriting and dancing to make his music and live performances come into fruition. For this purpose, he formed the backing band The A-Teem. Having moved to Los Angeles, California at the age of 23 made another impact on his world view which has transpired into his music. Kaso has been known for neither fitting into the typical German nor the typical Kurdish immigrant stereotype. Kaso represents the new youth: The generation that goes beyond the boundaries of stereotypes to meet somewhere in the middle. Through his genre-defying Flamenco and Funk sound, Kaso gives a voice to his boundary-defying generation.

Internet Baby:
Internet Baby from Hamburg are bringing the power of funk back to the stage. Beer instead of Kir Royal, Jeans instead of Flares, distorted amplifiers instead of finely tuned blues guitars: Internet Baby are keeping themselves busy by recycling 80s pop and Funk, brushing off decades of dust while at the same time cranking up the volume.
